Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Branch Sales and Service team as a Branch Sales and Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers and delivering the highest standards of service.
- Process customer orders, answer phone calls, maintain stock levels, and face shelves in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Manage supplier deliveries, accurately booking them into the branch system.
- Contribute to a safe and tidy working environment, adhering to our high standards of health and safety.
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills, able to relate to a wide range of people. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide a comprehensive development program.
