Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers and providing a helpful and friendly service at all times.
  • Process customer orders, answer phone calls, maintain stock levels, and face shelves in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Deal with supplier deliveries, accurately booking them into the branch and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of health and safety.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with great customer service skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. We're willing to train the right candidate and provide a comprehensive development programme.
