Branch Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and providing a first-class experience.
- Process customer orders, answer phone calls, manage stock, and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
- Coordinate supplier deliveries and accurately record them in the branch.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program and work closely with a designated coach to develop skills and knowledge.
- Ensure safety standards are consistently met, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Previous experience in a similar phone-based role with excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized, with good numerical skills.
- Fundamental customer service and transferable skills are essential for success in this role.
