About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Sales Coordinator to join our team at CCF. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class service to our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process customer orders, answer phone calls, and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Deal with supplier deliveries, accurately booking them into the branch and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Work closely with the branch team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. If you're self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized, with good numerical skills, we'd love to hear from you.
