As part of our expanding Onboarding Team within the Operations Department, we are seeking a dedicated Transfers Advisor to ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered to our valued customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesHere’s what you will be responsible for:
  • Manage and resolve all supply registrations within the agreed service level agreements.
  • Foster strong relationships with various teams across the organization.
  • Document and communicate necessary actions to management to maintain operational continuity; identify process irregularities and address ongoing needs.
  • Collaborate with both customer-facing and internal teams to address complex registration inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee that business processes are efficient and effective.
  • Provide solutions to a diverse range of customer inquiries, both written and verbal.
  • Ensure all customer queries are addressed, resolved, and closed within the established timelines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of available systems and processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor, act upon, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure a seamless customer journey, keeping all relevant parties informed.
  • Create accurate records with all pertinent information to facilitate timely and standard-compliant resolutions.
