About the Role

The Senior Client Solutions Associate Healthcare role is a key position within our EMEA Private Equity Financial Services team at GLG. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for delivering projects to clients focused on investments in the Healthcare space, building relationships with our Healthcare council members, and working with senior colleagues to maximize GLG's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts to grow GLG's network in the Healthcare space
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for GLG's clients focused on investments in the Healthcare industry
  • Leverage GLG's network to match Council Members with clients based on client needs
  • Daily interaction with GLG's experts to qualify profiles and ensure exact fit for client projects
  • Maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience
  • Enhance knowledge of clients by building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings

Requirements

  • Core interest in the healthcare sector and a desire to learn how investors make decisions in this market
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrable client services skills and owned relationships with clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree, or above, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or other Life Sciences/related study
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position post-graduation, preferably within the Healthcare industry
  • Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages are desirable but not essential for this role

Senior Client Services Associates typically progress onto Client Solutions Manager roles after achieving specific qualitative goals, including consistent high-quality end-to-end delivery, quality of relationship management, and outreaches.
