Senior Associate, Client Solutions (Private Equity) - Healthcare

The Senior Associate for Client Solutions in the Healthcare sector is a pivotal role within our EMEA Private Equity Financial Services division. This position is integral to our operations, where you will engage with a distinguished clientele from leading financial institutions across the EMEA region, including prominent Private Equity funds, Hedge funds, and Sovereign funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initially, immerse yourself in the workflow by identifying and recruiting senior industry experts to expand our network within the Healthcare sector.
  2. Upon successful certification in recruitment, you will manage urgent projects for our clients, focusing on investment opportunities in the Healthcare industry.
  3. Utilize our extensive network to align Council Members with client requirements, ensuring optimal matches.
  4. Engage daily with our experts via phone to assess profiles, guaranteeing a precise fit for client initiatives.
  5. Maintain accountability for client projects and enhance the overall client experience.
  6. Develop a deeper understanding of client needs by fostering strong relationships.
  7. As you progress, collaborate with our Business Development team to brainstorm content strategies and engage users to drive revenue growth and account retention.
  8. Work alongside GLG's Events and Strategic Projects teams to propose and implement a diverse range of offerings.
  9. Partner with senior colleagues to design and execute both virtual and in-person content events.
  10. Prepare for and participate in client meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. A strong interest in the healthcare sector and a keen desire to understand investor decision-making processes.
  2. Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, with proven experience in managing client relationships.
  4. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  5. A collaborative mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
  6. A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related Life Sciences fields.
  7. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a client service role post-graduation, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
  8. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous but not mandatory.

After achieving specific qualitative milestones, such as consistent high-quality project delivery and effective relationship management, Senior Client Solutions Associates typically advance to Client Solutions Manager roles, where they oversee their own client portfolio and take on increased management responsibilities.
