About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of business proposals and pitches to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
