About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Recruit and certify senior industry experts to grow GLG's network and deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including daily interaction with experts to qualify profiles and maintain accountability for client projects.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including content creation and event planning, to drive revenue growth and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and ability to analyze business data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position.
  • Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages are desirable but not essential for this role.

Career Progression:

As a Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert, you will have the opportunity to progress to Client Solutions Manager roles, where you will be responsible for your own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.
