Job Title: Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert to join our team at Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. As a key member of our EMEA Private Equity Financial Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects to our clients in the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering projects to clients focused on investments in the Healthcare space, building relationships with our Healthcare council members, and working with senior colleagues to maximize GLG's growth and impact.
- Client Relationship Management: You will leverage GLG's network to match Council Members with clients based on the client's needs, and maintain accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience.
- Knowledge Enhancement: You will enhance your knowledge of your clients by building strong relationships with them, and work with our Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users and how to engage them in order to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.
- Collaboration: You will collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events, and prepare for and attend client meetings.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: You will have a core interest in the healthcare sector and a desire to learn how investors make decisions in this market.
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with demonstrable client services skills where you have owned relationships with clients.
- Experience: You will have 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position post-graduation, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
- Education: You will have a Bachelor's degree, or above, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or other Life Sciences/related study.
- Language Skills: You will have full business proficiency in English; additional European languages are desirable but not essential for this role.
