About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new senior industry experts to grow our network
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for our Professional Services Firms (PSF) clients
  • Leverage our network to match clients with experts based on their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts
  • Work with our Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products
  • Program virtual and live content events with senior team members

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client services skills, with experience owning relationships with clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position post-graduation
  • Full business proficiency in English, with another European Language a plus

Career Progression:

After achieving specific qualitative goals, Senior Client Services Associates can progress to Client Solutions Manager roles, where they will be responsible for their own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.
