Client Services Associate Job Description

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity to join GLG as a Senior Associate, Client Solutions, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a network of senior industry experts to meet client demands.
  • Lead projects for clients within a specialized team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Match experts with clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
  • Qualify expert profiles for client projects, ensuring they meet the necessary standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with various teams within GLG to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and execute virtual and live content events to engage clients and experts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Superb communication skills to effectively interact with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven client services experience, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth and revenue.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • 1-2 years of post-graduation work experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
