Client Solutions Senior Associate

The Client Solutions Senior Associate position is part of our Professional Services team. We cater to a distinguished and sophisticated clientele across Europe, including leading corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profit organizations, assisting them in gaining insights and making informed decisions.
This pivotal role within our organization involves independently managing client projects, fostering relationships with our network of experts, and collaborating with senior team members to enhance our growth and influence. You will have the chance to advance your career rapidly while working in a supportive and cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the operational workflow by onboarding new senior industry experts to expand our network.
- Upon successful training, executing urgent projects for our Professional Services clients.
- Utilizing our network to align Network Members with client requirements.
- Engaging with experts via phone to assess profiles and ensure a precise match for client projects.
- Taking ownership of client projects and ensuring a superior client experience.
- Deepening your understanding of clients by cultivating strong relationships.
- Towards the end of your tenure, collaborating with our Business Development team to brainstorm content ideas and strategize user engagement to boost revenue and retain existing accounts.
- In the latter part of your tenure, working alongside our Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to propose and implement a variety of offerings.
- Partnering with senior colleagues to organize virtual and in-person content events.
- Preparing for and participating in client meetings.

- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proven client service experience with established client relationships.
- Experience in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Strong inclination to work in a team-oriented setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client service-oriented role post-graduation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
Career Advancement: After achieving specific qualitative objectives, Client Solutions Senior Associates can typically progress to Client Solutions Manager roles, where they manage their own client portfolio, oversee client relationships, and take on increased responsibilities for junior team members.
