About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Client Solutions Expert to join our team at GLG. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new senior industry experts to grow our network
  • Execute time-sensitive projects for our Professional Services Firms (PSF) clients
  • Leverage our network to match clients with experts based on client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service
  • Collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively
  • Excellent communication and client services skills
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position

Career Progression:

After achieving specific qualitative goals, Senior Client Services Associates can progress to Client Solutions Manager roles, where they will be responsible for their own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.
