Senior Client Solutions Associate

The Senior Associate for Client Solutions in the Healthcare sector is a pivotal role within our EMEA Private Equity Financial Services division. This position is based in London and involves engaging with a distinguished client portfolio comprising leading financial institutions across the EMEA region, including some of the largest Private Equity funds, Hedge funds, and Sovereign funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initially, immerse yourself in the workflow by recruiting senior industry experts to expand our network within the Healthcare domain.
- Upon successful certification in recruitment, manage time-sensitive projects for clients focused on Healthcare investments.
- Utilize our extensive network to align Council Members with client requirements effectively.
- Engage daily with experts to assess profiles, ensuring a precise match for client projects.
- Maintain accountability for client projects and enhance the overall client experience.
- Develop a deeper understanding of client needs by fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to brainstorm content ideas and strategize user engagement to drive revenue growth and account retention.
- Work alongside GLG's Events and Strategic Projects teams to propose and implement a variety of products.
- Assist senior team members in organizing virtual and live content events.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A strong interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to understanding investment decision-making processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven experience in client relationship management.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to work as part of a team.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related Life Sciences fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client service-oriented role, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
Typically, after achieving specific qualitative milestones, Senior Client Solutions Associates advance to Client Solutions Manager positions, where they manage their own client portfolio and oversee junior team members.
