Role Overview:
The Property and Facilities Coordinator will collaborate with the property and facilities team to oversee the management of our venues. This role is essential in ensuring that our locations operate smoothly and safely by maintaining up-to-date systems and assisting with administrative tasks necessary for compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all documentation related to maintenance and remedial actions is properly filed and approved before any work commences.
  • Document the completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Maintain timely records of all statutory compliance and ensure that remedial actions are executed promptly.
  • Organize and file all health and safety documentation (including RAMS, COSHH, and Permits) to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within property and facilities management, though this is not mandatory.
  • A proactive individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Customer service-oriented, both internally and externally.
  • Highly organized, systematic, and process-driven.
