We are currently seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee a residential property management project.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider in the residential property sector.Team Leadership:
You will be responsible for leading a team, necessitating strong skills in delegation and management.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and building regulations.
Cultivate relationships with contractors and service providers to guarantee high-quality service delivery while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Oversee the reactive maintenance desk, managing related insurance claims.
Support the maintenance of operational and training documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Contractor Oversight:
Manage a diverse range of contractors and specialists throughout various projects, ensuring quality, value, and timely execution.
Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring operations are cost-effective without compromising on quality.
Proven experience in Facilities or Maintenance Management within a residential context is essential. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are required.
