Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the City of London. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing facilities maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and well-functioning workplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating facilities maintenance activities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking to meet operational needs
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Liaising with external vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to facilities-related inquiries and requests


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities coordination or similar role, demonstrating knowledge of facilities management practices
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude, able to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and efficiency
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and facilities management software
