Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales progression process effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all updates within the property CRM system.
  • Assist the Head of Sales with pre-purchase activities as required.
  • Support the sales team throughout the property acquisition process.
  • Provide fundamental legal guidance and communicate with solicitors.
  • Update cost analysis sheets and coordinate RICS surveys.
  • Engage with vendors and solicitors to facilitate sales progression.
  • Arrange building insurance and locksmith services following property acquisition.
  • Deliver financial updates as necessary.
  • Coordinate remortgages and renew insurance policies post-purchase.
  • Ensure smooth and prompt progression of property sales.
  • Assist with conveyancing and address legal inquiries.
  • Provide updates to buyers and manage sale documentation efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in sales progression or property management.
  • Familiarity with property CRM systems.
  • Basic legal knowledge related to property transactions.
