Role Overview

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of our facilities across multiple venues. You will play a crucial role in managing maintenance schedules, addressing reactive and remedial tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to support venue operations.
  • Ensure that work orders are accurately recorded, executed promptly, and closed out effectively.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, and contractors, to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within a leisure or hospitality environment.
  • Experience in hard services, including the specification and coordination of mechanical and electrical works.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, British Standards, and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP) related to workplace and facilities management.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CAFM software.
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating workplace and facilities data.
  • The ability to review and comprehend Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
