Interim Office Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Interim Office Coordinator to join a compassionate organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions within the facility.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain and update employee recruitment documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare residency agreements and manage personal allowance documentation.
  • Coordinate the training room schedule and manage resident occupancy records.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations to facilitate resident activities.
  • Handle inquiries and conduct tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Ensure secure data management by updating employee and resident files while upholding confidentiality.
  • Manage financial records related to the facility and its residents.

Reception Management:

Effectively manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and deliveries.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess prior administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
