Area Works Coordinator Role
The Guinness Partnership is seeking to recruit two dedicated Area Works Coordinators to enhance our operational team. These positions will focus on different geographical areas, ensuring efficient service delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a commitment of 39 hours each week, with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday. The successful candidates will benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for three days of remote work and two days in the office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and precise information to clients and stakeholders
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate records in relevant databases
- Meet both individual and team performance targets
- Collaborate with customers, management, and field staff to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in the scheduling of engineers' appointments
- Generate management reports and keep comprehensive records
- Promptly initiate purchase orders and work requests
- Support administrative functions for the commercial division
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Strong ability to adhere to established procedures and accurately document information
- Capable of working effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
