About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Support Coordinator to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide administrative support to our clinical directors and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical directors and managers, including responding to queries, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Math's or equivalent.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
