We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Medical Support Assistant to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our clinical directors and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clinical directors and managers, including responding to queries, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
- Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- GCSE English and Math's or equivalent.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
