Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Office Coordinator at Woodlands Medical Practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Patient Care: Serve as a point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and other primary care staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for patients, both over the phone and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, filing systems, and electronic notes, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, adhering to practice protocols and policies.
  • Safeguarding and Confidentiality: Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, particularly vulnerable adults and children, adhering to practice policies and procedures.
Requirements
