Regional Works Coordinator

The Guinness Partnership is seeking two dedicated Regional Works Coordinators to enhance our operational team. One position will focus on the North West region, while the other will be dedicated to the London area.

This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring 39 hours of work each week, from Monday to Friday. The position supports a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for 3 days of remote work and 2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and precise information to clients promptly
  • Effectively address and resolve inquiries and complaints
  • Accurately update data within the relevant systems
  • Meet personal and team performance targets
  • Collaborate with clients, management, and field staff to enhance operational efficiency
  • Assist in scheduling engineers' appointments
  • Generate management reports and maintain comprehensive records
  • Timely processing of purchase and work orders
  • Support administrative functions for the commercial team

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer-centric role
  • Ability to adhere to procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Capability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office
