Key Responsibilities:
As a Child Protection Conference Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering thorough coordination and assistance for Child Protection Conferences and Reviews for Children in Care. Your outstanding interpersonal skills will be essential in engaging with parents and multi-agency professionals during sensitive discussions. By executing your statutory responsibilities, you will enhance the welfare of at-risk children within our organization.

Specific Duties Include:
1. Organizing the scheduling, venues, and arrangements for Child Protection Case Conferences and Reviews for Children in Care.
2. Evaluating and confirming service-specific information, seeking additional details as required.
3. Managing and retrieving confidential data using various software and systems.
4. Updating and manipulating data from multiple systems/spreadsheets, and generating customized reports.
5. Assisting in the creation and implementation of new office and information management systems.
6. Delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to anti-discriminatory practices.
7. Addressing complex inquiries, leveraging your developed knowledge of the service area.
8. Drafting routine responses and acknowledgments to correspondence, taking initiative on behalf of the service.
9. Conducting complaint investigations in accordance with corporate protocols and escalating issues as necessary.
10. Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of business processes and identifying training needs.
