About the Role

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of DAFNE Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation, planning, preparation, resources, and evaluation of the DAFNE course within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the allocation of patients to DAFNE courses at appropriate hospital sites, booking of rooms and venues.
  • Coordinate DAFNE course dates with patients and health professionals.
  • Maintain and update DAFNE waiting lists, completed course lists, and removal from lists, DAFNE statistics, and the National DAFNE database.
  • Organize, record, and type minutes of any DAFNE meetings.
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, and course bookings for individual DAFNE team members.
  • Contribute to the design and amendment of new template letters used for clinical communications as required.
