About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Frontier Consulting. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in need, working closely with our team to provide high-quality services and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct child and family assessments to identify strengths and risks, and develop plans to support our children and families.
  • Make decisions regarding escalation to initial child protection case conferences, PLOs, or closure following assessment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a range of services, including child and family support, youth development, and family preservation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in social work, and apply this knowledge to inform your work.

Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
