Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in delivering HR support across our organization.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and hire top talent.
  • Onboarding Process: Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including obtaining necessary documentation and planning inductions.
  • HR Administration: Providing administrative support to the HR team, including typing minutes of meetings and maintaining personnel records.
  • Employee Enquiries: Responding to employee enquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Monitoring employee attendance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring that all necessary information is included on the payroll spreadsheet.
  • Staff Surveys and Events: Coordinating staff surveys and social events, and reporting on the outcomes.

You will be working in a small team, and as such, you will be involved in all aspects of the department. You will need to be prepared to get stuck in and demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the right attitude.
