**Customer Service Coordinator - Training Operations Team (30 hours, term-time only)**
**Hybrid - Monday to Friday (based in the office every Wednesday, rest of the week working from home)**
Our client helps improve the mental health of children and young people in schools. They do this by providing training for adults working with children, including DfE-accredited training and resources, as well as access to an award-winning profiling, action-planning and progress monitoring tool. This approach can help improve pupil attendance, behaviour and attainment, saving schools, academy trusts and local authorities time and money.
**The position**
The responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator is to support the business by:
- Scheduling courses throughout the academic year
- Schedule trainers to deliver courses
- Manage our Zoom account to ensure courses are delivered without interruption
- Update business critical reports
- Complete additional administrative duties

Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Be able to manage your time effectively
- Have previous Customer Service experience
- Previous experience using a CRM/LMS system, or similar database
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Excel, having strong analytical skills and an ability to think proactively
- Be able to work well individually and within a team
- Demonstrate commercial awareness
Desirable:
- Experience in a training or education environment
**Package**
- Salary between £16,000 to £18,000 (based on a 30 hour week)
- Hybrid working - Wednesday working from the office
- Holiday entitlement of 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (36 inclusive), pro rata
- Discretionary annual pay review
- Discretionary annual bonus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
