Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Dealing confidently with clients both face-to-face and over the phone, handling enquiries and quotations
  • Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships, with all around you
  • Handling referrals, inbound enquiries and ensuring you maximise customer spend by doing what's right for the customer but mentioning add-ons

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer care, whether that be through sales, retail background, account management or hospitality. You must be reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to go that extra mile. This is a newly-created role, offering excellent training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • A real 'can-do' attitude, with strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability to up-sell or cross-sell

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£27,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 22 days holiday, increasing to 27 days through service (plus bank holidays), access to a Healthcare Cashplan, and excellent training and development schemes.
