Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Planning Specialist to join our team at TDRS. As an Account Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our field-based engineers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are meeting our commitments to our customers
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in a planning or coordination role within the service industry, preferably in a door installation and maintenance company
- Proven track record of planning and scheduling daily workloads for field-based engineers
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning principles and practices
- Excellent administrative and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience working with SLAs and KPIs, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 based on experience

Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-15:00
