Job Title: Regional Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Operations Coordinator to join our Environmental Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day organization and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work, including field-based staff, materials, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the day-to-day organization and scheduling of all planned and reactive contract & project work.
  • Support the Operations Supervisors so that the Field Operatives are able to successfully complete all scheduled work.
  • Ensure all work records are complete and accurate.
  • Produce regular management reports.
  • Maintain the Purchase Order log, and be responsible for the delivery of accurate information for invoicing of all work delivered.
  • Perform general administration duties involved in the day-to-day running of the office.

Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible, punctual, and able to meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Excellent presentation skills for all correspondents, documents, presentations, and data.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and able to use CRM systems.
