Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in managing and overseeing recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new staff.
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct inductions and plan onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations, manage employee absences, and ensure internal processes are followed to progress through relevant stages as per policy.
  • Health and Safety: Participate in Health and Safety forums to drive improvements and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Offboarding: Assist with offboarding and departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • HR Administration: Manage electronic and physical personnel files, utilizing HRIS, and assist with HR training.
  • External Partnerships: Work with external advisors to raise cases and provide relevant information.

Requirements:

  • HR Experience: Proven experience in an administration or coordination capacity within HR.
  • CIPD Level 3: Desirable but not essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a good organizational skill set.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, based in an office environment. You will need to be able to drive to get to the office, and free parking is available.
