Account Planner

We are seeking an experienced Account Planner to join our team at CV Library. As an Account Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and schedule jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with our Engineers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  3. Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure we meet our targets.
  4. Identify and resolve any issues that may impact our services or customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a planner/coordinator role within the service engineering sector, preferably in the door industry.
  2. Strong administrative and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and challenge when necessary.
  4. Experience working against SLAs and KPIs, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them.
  5. Resilience, tenacity, and confidence in dealing with Engineers and customers alike.
What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 based on experience.
  2. Christmas bonus.
