Account Planner

We are seeking an experienced Account Planner to join our team at CV Library. As an Account Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and schedule jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Engineers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
- Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure we meet our targets.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact our services or customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in a planner/coordinator role within the service engineering sector, preferably in the door industry.
- Strong administrative and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and challenge when necessary.
- Experience working against SLAs and KPIs, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them.
- Resilience, tenacity, and confidence in dealing with Engineers and customers alike.
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £33,000 based on experience.
