Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Planning Specialist to join our team at TDRS. As an Account Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our field-based Engineers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are meeting our business objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and Engineers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

  • Experience in a planning or coordination role within the service industry, preferably in the door industry
  • Proven track record of planning and scheduling daily workloads for field-based teams
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning principles and practices
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with SLAs and KPIs, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them
