Your Role: Meetings & Events Sales Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the groups and meetings segments. You will develop and implement strategic plans to target new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract and secure group bookings and events.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape within the meetings and events sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and relationship building with event planners, agencies, and corporations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct site inspections, presentations, and meetings with prospective clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Your Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with proven experience in the meetings and events industry. You possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Your strategic thinking and ability to build strong relationships will be instrumental in driving sales success.
