The Opportunity

As a key member of our close-knit implementation team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one. This position allows you to take on substantial responsibilities early in your career, including team leadership. You will gain insights into how international organizations approach Learning and Development and become a trusted partner in implementing their strategies through Learn Amp's platform.

Your primary focus will be onboarding new clients—often large, global enterprises with intricate technical requirements. You will guide them in effectively setting up and customizing the platform to achieve their objectives, ensuring successful adoption after launch. By fostering strong, enduring relationships, you will play a vital role in their long-term success.

Requirements

About You

You will possess over three years of experience in an Implementation Manager role or a similar capacity, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ideally, you have experience in the Learning and Development or HR Technology sectors, or have worked within a B2B SaaS environment. Additionally, you have experience in implementing or administering a learning or HR technology solution.

Your background includes line management, showcasing your ability to mentor and develop junior team members effectively.

You naturally adopt a coaching approach, excelling at asking insightful questions and establishing consultative partnerships with clients. You are deeply committed to learning outcomes and facilitating the success of others.

You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are adaptable to change, welcoming constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Projects: Efficiently onboard new clients using our established project methodology, typically spanning 8-12 weeks.
• Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to comprehend their objectives and how Learn Amp can support their people development strategies. Identify success metrics and utilize effective questioning and listening skills to grasp their priorities.
• Design Tailored Solutions: Guide new clients in implementing solutions that align with their goals, offering support through platform training, educational resources, prototyping, and testing.
• Support the Client Journey: Provide solution support throughout the customer journey, including pre-sales assistance and post-launch coaching, needs analysis, and technical solution scoping.
• Drive Technical Implementation: Oversee the scoping and execution of technical tasks, including integration configuration and customization, addressing any technical challenges promptly.
• Manage Relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and negotiating solutions that balance client needs with Learn Amp's interests.
• Monitor and Report Metrics: Utilize tools such as Typeform, Excel, and PowerBI to track key metrics, including project timelines, budget utilization, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates, providing regular updates to clients and the Learn Amp leadership team.
• Document and Share Information: Use HubSpot and Confluence to maintain accurate records of customer and project details, ensuring smooth handovers to the Customer Success team.
• Collaborate on Improvements: Work with internal teams to provide product feedback and drive service enhancements, leading initiatives to refine the implementation process and support team development.

• 3+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated success in an Implementation Manager role or similar, managing multiple projects effectively.
• Effective Communication: Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and establish strong relationships across all levels.
• Skilled Presenter: Confidently deliver meetings, presentations, and technical training, engaging your audience with well-prepared materials.
• Coaching Mindset: Excel at asking the right questions to help clients uncover insights about their goals and empower them to find solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable configuring or quickly learning LMS/LXP platforms and related software, as well as working with integrated systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong technical troubleshooting skills, able to investigate issues and identify patterns independently.
• Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with project management and analytics tools such as the Atlassian Suite, HubSpot, and PowerBI.
• Results-Driven: Focused on experimentation and iteration, recognizing that perfection can hinder progress.
• Creative Problem Solver: Enjoys finding solutions and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to Prioritize: Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure while supporting your team.

Key Deliverables

Success in this role entails delivering Learn Amp projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations. You will ensure clients are comfortable using the platform, achieve their user adoption goals, and become strong advocates for Learn Amp.

Additionally, you will oversee technical tasks such as data migrations and integrations, providing sustainable solutions for both the client and Learn Amp. You will also contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the implementation process and supporting other customer-facing teams.
