Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solutions and Implementations Manager to join our Digital Interact (DI) marketing technology ecosystem team at Tag Europe Limited.

About the Role:

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our DI platform by leading clients through the discovery, solution, and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Discovery:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
    • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements and identify opportunities for technology solutions.
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Solution Design and Strategy:
    • Develop tailored solutions that leverage the DI platform to address client needs and objectives.
    • Create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, marketing) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Implementation and Project Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Oversee project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
    • Conduct regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement and Growth:
    • Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation within the DI platform.
    • Contribute to the development of new services and enhancements to existing offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in solutions implementation, project management, or related roles within the digital marketing technology space.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, CMS, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
