The Opportunity

In this role, you will be an integral part of a small, cohesive team where your impact will be significant from day one. This position offers the opportunity to take on considerable responsibilities early in your career, including team leadership. You will gain insights into how multinational corporations approach Learning and Development, acting as a trusted consultant to assist them in implementing their strategies using the Learn Amp platform.

Your primary focus will be onboarding new clients—often large, international organizations with intricate technical requirements. You will guide them in effectively setting up and customizing the platform to achieve their objectives and ensure successful adoption following the launch. By cultivating strong, enduring relationships, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients embark on their journey with us on the right foot, contributing to their long-term success.

Requirements

About You

You will possess over three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.

Ideally, you have experience in the Learning and Development or HR Technology sectors, or have worked within a B2B SaaS scale-up environment. Additionally, you have experience in implementing and/or managing a learning or HR technology solution.

Your background includes line management, showcasing your ability to mentor and develop junior team members effectively.

You have a natural coaching style—a talent for asking insightful questions and fostering a consultative partnership with clients. You are deeply committed to achieving learning outcomes and assisting others in their success.

You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change, welcoming constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Implementation Projects: Efficiently onboard new clients using our established six-stage project methodology, typically spanning several weeks.
  • Understand Client Needs: Gain insight into the client's objectives and how Learn Amp can support their workforce development strategy. Define success criteria and utilize effective questioning and listening skills to fully grasp their needs and priorities.
  • Design Tailored Solutions: Assist new clients in implementing solutions that align with their goals, providing support through platform training, educational resources, prototyping, and testing.
  • Support the Broader Client Journey: Offer solution support throughout the customer journey, including pre-sales assistance and ongoing support for existing clients post-launch.
  • Drive Technical Implementation: Oversee the scoping and execution of technical tasks, including integration configuration and customization, addressing any technical challenges promptly.
  • Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain positive, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and negotiating solutions that balance their needs with Learn Amp's interests.
  • Monitor and Report Metrics: Utilize tools to track and report on key performance indicators such as project timelines, budget utilization, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates.
  • Record and Share Information: Document client and project details accurately, ensuring seamless handovers to the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate on Improvements: Work with internal teams to provide product feedback and drive service enhancements, leading initiatives to refine the implementation process.

  • Coaching Approach: Proficient in guiding clients to uncover insights about their goals and empowering them to find solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable configuring and learning LMS/LXP platforms and related software.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify patterns and determine next steps.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management and analytics tools.
  • Results-Driven: Focused on experimentation and iteration to achieve outcomes.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Enjoys continuous improvement and getting results.
  • Ability to Prioritize: Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively under pressure.

Key Deliverables

Success in this role entails delivering Learn Amp projects on time and within budget while meeting client expectations. You will ensure clients are comfortable using the platform, achieve their user adoption goals, and become advocates for Learn Amp.

Additionally, you will oversee technical tasks such as data migrations and integrations, providing lasting solutions for both the client and Learn Amp. You will also contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the implementation process and supporting other customer-facing teams.
