We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our Business Services vertical, you will play a critical role in delivering implementations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure project work is well-defined, and changes to requirements are managed effectively. Track and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the planning, development, and installation of Fircosoft products to meet clients' business needs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Demonstrate a good understanding of compliance and sanctions risk management, relating it to product and service within the firm.
  • Customer Understanding: Understand customer use cases and requirements, applying best practices for customer implementations.
  • Technical Training and Support: Deliver, install, and configure all Fircosoft applications to specified requirements, providing technical training and transfer of knowledge.
  • Product and Service Determination: Determine the types of products and services required by clients, troubleshoot customer issues during implementation.
Requirements
  • Project Management Skills: Have experience in project management.
  • Technical Implementation: Have significant exposure to technical implementation.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Have excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have a vast range of technical knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate good internal and external stakeholder management experience.
