The Role

As the Lead Growth Marketing Strategist at Learn Amp, your primary focus will be on generating leads and nurturing prospects through creative and data-informed marketing approaches. You will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing initiatives across various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

By conducting experiments and leveraging advanced analytics, you will uncover effective growth strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition. Collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams will be essential to ensure alignment of growth efforts with our organizational objectives.

In this dynamic position, you will apply your insights into customer behavior and market trends to identify new marketing opportunities and refine our strategies. You will optimize our marketing funnel, conduct A/B testing, and utilize data insights to enhance our tactics and maximize return on investment. As a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, you will play a crucial role in accelerating Learn Amp's growth, boosting our brand visibility, and supporting our mission to transform how organizations engage and develop their talent. Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy

  • Execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and activities.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative materials, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and social media content.
  • Utilize AI tools to repurpose existing content and generate new short-form materials.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
  • Enhance content for SEO to boost organic traffic and visibility.

2. Digital Engagement and Events

  • Work alongside the Growth team to facilitate digital events such as webinars and panel discussions.
  • Assist with product marketing initiatives related to social media channels.
  • Promote events to drive sign-ups and follow up to convert leads.
  • Support event presentations, including visual materials.
  • Evaluate and analyze the success of non-digital events to inform future strategies.
  • Manage and enhance public listings for Learn Amp across various platforms.

3. Campaign Development

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage content and events to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to promote content and events through email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop newsletters to promote products and services.
  • Execute campaigns specifically aimed at highlighting product features and partnerships.
  • Manage paid promotion of campaign materials.

4. Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to align content and events with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
  • Engage with the Partnerships team to align content and events with strategic partner activities.
  • Ensure ongoing collaboration with the Product team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring accurate and compelling communication in all content and event activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve results with limited resources.
  • Experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze complex digital marketing challenges and propose scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, marketing tools, and event management platforms.
  • Experience in analytical reporting and its impact on content and event activities.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of AI tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
