Fintech Growth Marketing Strategist

The Creative Store - UK is seeking a highly skilled Fintech Growth Marketing Strategist to join their team. Our client is a rapidly scaling Fintech startup, providing innovative investment solutions to traders. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a performance-driven growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention.

This role requires a seasoned digital marketing professional with a strong background in growth hacking, paid advertising, and data analysis. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business. Your expertise in SEO optimization, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager will be invaluable in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention
  • Design and implement paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Business
  • Optimize and refine campaigns based on data analysis and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO optimization strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the marketing team and leadership

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth hacking and paid advertising
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising
