About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving early-stage customer acquisition and growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead to refine our growth strategy and optimize customer journeys.
  • Manage a Growth Intern to implement and track growth experiments and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Founders and marketing team to drive product improvements and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth/digital marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for early-stage startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and algorithm updates.
  • Relevant technical skills, including coding, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
  • D2C experience and community growth/management skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
  • Experience working for a marketplace is a plus.
