About the Role

Kofax is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Design and implement targeted marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and Segment Target Accounts: Work with the sales team to identify key target accounts and personas, and develop personalized marketing content and messages.
  • Measure and Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Communicate Campaign Results: Present campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: A degree in business or marketing-related field is required.
  • 3-5+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing successful ABM campaigns, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software or similar technology company.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of ABM Concepts: Familiarity with ABM principles and frameworks is a plus.
