Join Our Team:

We are currently seeking a talented Sales Executive to become a part of our Retail Team for the exciting events Top Drawer Spring and Top Drawer Autumn.

The selected candidate will join a motivated sales team, playing a vital role in our ongoing growth. We are looking for someone with a sales background, particularly in design, interiors, or retail, who has a proven history of surpassing targets, nurturing leads, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in international sales is advantageous, along with a readiness to travel.

We require an individual who can identify new revenue opportunities, both internally and through client interactions, and meet established budget requirements for existing products. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in media or exhibition sales, demonstrating success in high-volume outbound sales efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and performance objectives within the Sales team.
  • Engage in direct selling to existing, lapsed, and potential clients to cultivate relationships and maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective relationship management and lead generation.
  • Drive new business development in competitive markets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage incoming leads and collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales conversion.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by working closely with the show team.
  • Establish connections with new accounts to create revenue opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance market and product knowledge.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales/account management.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers.
  • Proficient in objection handling and avoidance.
  • A skilled negotiator who enjoys challenges.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Knowledge of an additional language is beneficial.
