Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Respond to client inquiries, providing detailed information regarding venue availability and pricing.
  • Assist in the development of pricing guides, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client requests.
  • Coordinate venue tours and highlight the distinctive features of our location to prospective clients.
  • Prepare rental agreements and invoices, ensuring timely delivery and processing.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s sales database for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Generate engaging content for newsletters, email campaigns, and social media to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Engage in proactive sales efforts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Venue Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the event planning and execution phases.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to ascertain their venue needs, timelines, and logistical requirements.
  • Provide accurate quotes and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate necessary services such as staffing, maintenance, and security.
  • Compile and approve essential event documentation, including contracts, risk assessments, and operational plans.
  • Engage with external service providers to facilitate necessary assessments and compliance documentation.
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and address any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the venue to ensure high standards of maintenance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Direct in-house maintenance and cleaning teams to execute necessary tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a similar capacity within the events sector is advantageous.
  • A strong passion for the events industry, with a solid understanding of current trends and venue operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
