We are currently seeking a dedicated Events Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team on a permanent basis. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional experiences and five-star service to our guests and colleagues. We value positive energy and aim to foster a community that embraces diverse backgrounds and experiences, focusing on career development.

As an Events Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all inquiries and pricing align with monthly yield parameters, in consultation with the Events Revenue Manager.

Managing client inquiries and providing relevant quotes and proposals.

Participating in meetings, conducting client tours, and assisting with social events, trade shows, and special occasions on behalf of the Royal Lancaster London.

Introducing service innovations at monthly meetings to enhance client relations and boost revenue.

Ensuring timely communication of client confirmations and handover correspondence to the Events department for contracting, with a focus on detail.

Adhering strictly to departmental service standards.
